2004年に結成された、 Vo-タイチ　Gt-ペラ　Ba-アンガス　Dr-イザ ４人編成からなるエンターテインメント集団 『ＢＬＡＮＫＡ』。多種多様な音楽の要素を 取り入れ、さまざまに展開されていく音の渦 。 時にゆるく、時に激しく、音を混ぜ合わせ、 そこにメロディーと言葉と感情を注ぎ込む。 情景を魅せながら心と体を踊らせる、哀愁ダ ンサブルマジック。ブランカ中毒にご注意を 。現在、名古屋(Nagoya)と、三河(Mikawa)ã§ã¯å®‰åŸ Ž(Anjo)・岡崎(Okazaki)・西尾(Nishio)を中心に活動 中。また、2009年は『Rock on the Rock'09』を始めとした野外イベントにも出演だŒæ±ºå®šã—、今後は活動の場を全国へと展開しだ¦ã„く。A japanese groove, song and jam entertainment fourey= BLANKA. Established in 2004 by with --Vo--Taichy　--Gï½”--Perra　--B--Masaya　--Dr--Izza　do ing concerts around Aichi central Japan. One year later Masaya left the band and was replaced by Angus Rofe from Australia where he played in numerous act bringing to blanka a background in electronica and funk. From those first jams with the new line up emerged a mix of styles and musics backgrounds roots and genres. The sound that has emerged particulary in the live shows and jam parties brings a unified picture of these divergent influences. Live Blanka swings back and forth from loose jams into tight funk/dance rock. Live shows are usually at outdoor parties or dj/vj club events to this extent Blanka have developed a strong following at both live jam, and club settings jamming with both djs and bongo army's.Blanka will soon be releasing some their newer material at gigs and for download on myspace in mid 2009.
