I am interested in learning different ways of perceiving, thinking and feeling through mingling with diverse peoples in the world.
I like to meet people who have interest in developing business with Japanese firms and businesspeople, and those who want to have better communication with Japanese people in general.
Much further,I like to meet many different kinds of peoples in the world, enjoying conversations with them.
I like mood elevating pop music. What I like best are the American pop and folk songs in 60s, 70s and early 80s.
I like to watch intelligence action movies like the Bourne Identity. I read the book in 1980 in Singapore. A couple of years ago, I watched the movie titled "the Bourne Identity", and thought, "I watched this movie before somewhere." But I could not remember when and where. One day I searched some book in the bookshelf at home, and found the exact novel which I bought more than 20 years ago. Oh boy, no wonder I thought I knew it when I watched the movie.
I prefer reading science books about Relativity, Complexity Science, Astronomy, etc, and adventure books, intelligence agency fictitious books, social science books including economics, intercultural communications, etc.
1) Oda Nobunaga, Japanese legendary powerful Samurai leader in the middle age of Japan (1534 - 1582)
2) Wang Yangming, very famous Chinese action philosopher during the Ming Dynasty in China(1472 - 1528). His action philosophy had great influence on Japanese Samurai reformers during the Meiji Restoration movement. My mother-side ancestors were Wang Yangming philosophy believers, and so I am.
3) Zheng Chenggong (also known as Koxinga), a hero who tried rescuing the Ming Dynasty, and he was born from his Chinese father and Japanese mother in Hirado, Japan(1624 - 1662). My father-side ancestors were pirates living near Hirado, and so they could have joined forces with him to rescue the Ming Dynasty.
