About Me

1997年、千の小鳥は東京でスタートしました〠‚

最初はこんな感じでした。

1.ã‚­ãƒ¼ãƒ¯ãƒ¼ãƒ‰ã‚’ãŸãã•ã‚“ä½œã£ã¦ã€ãã“ã‹ã‚‰é©å ½“に選んだのを歌詞のネタにする。

2.æ—¥æœ¬èªžã®ã‚¢ã‚¯ã‚»ãƒ³ãƒˆã«æ²¿ã£ã¦ãƒ¡ãƒ­ãƒ‡ã‚£ãƒ¼ã‚’ä ½œã‚‹ã€‚

3.ブラジルのリズム、クラシックのハーモニ㠃¼ã€ãƒ‘ンクの構成からおいしいところを持っ㠁¦ãã¦ã€è©¦è¡ŒéŒ¯èª¤ã€‚

1999年、都内でライブ活動をスタート。

2002年、ミニアルバム「少年有理」をシンク゠·ãƒ³ã‚¯ãƒ¬ã‚³ãƒ¼ãƒ‰ã‹ã‚‰ãƒªãƒªãƒ¼ã‚¹ã€‚

2004年、「少年有理」は「鬼怒無月のギタームŽãƒ¼ãƒ™ãƒ«è³žã€ã‚’受賞。

その後、色々な曲風とサウンドを試し、

2007年、ロックバンドのラインナップでライム–をスタート。

音楽で世界が変わる、とは思っていませんが 、世界が音楽を変えると思っています。

Hello everyone!

We are Sen-no-Kotori (1000 little birds) , a Japanese Rock band since 1997.

In the days of the beginning, we tried to mix Brazilian rhythm, European harmony, Oriental melody and Punk structure, using synthesizers, Brazilian percussions and guitar (Joao Gilberto’s style), sang in Japanese.

In 2002, we released our 1st album "Sho-nen-yuu-ri" (Boy Has Reason).

In 2004, "Sho-nen-yuu-ri" wins "The Guitar Nobel prize of Kido Natuki" on the Japanese magazine "GENDAI (modern) Guitar". Kido is known as the most progressive and avant-garde guitarist in Japan.

In 2007, we have started live in Rock band lineup.

We think that the music may not change the world, but the world may change the music.Many song samples are on kotori’s site. Please check it out!
