So here's a little background on the orgin of SikCense. My real name is Brandon Hermsen and I currently reside in the great city of Duluth, MN. I run with the Die[Ode] crew, which is myself, Former Fetus, and Doug Jinx. We've been gettin' down on this music tip for about 5 years now. We recorded our first album (if you can call it that) in Fetus' Dad's Crib...A lot has changed in the past few years. Our official debut album (Just Another) dropped in the Summer of '06, and we have spent the past few months promoting and further establishing our name within this crazy underground scene. As for my solo project...I've decided to let it guide it's self to completion. I planned on it being finished this winter, but I have realized promoting the Die[Ode] album is my number one priority at the moment. This has nothing to do with a lack of creativity or drive towards completing my album. The recording is well over half completed, and with the extended deadline, the addition of a few more tracks is now the reality. "Defying the Principle" will be completed this spring and will be released in June. This is the best decision for the album, the integrity of my craft, and my love for Die[Ode].
