Originaly formed in December 2000 as a future galaxy sound 3 pieces rock band called " TOSHIO GALACTICA SPORTSMEN " . June 2005 Kousei:k ( guitar) was tired to continue a hard work stage and suddenly he suggest to me ( michelle U) a Bossa Nova band. I played electric Bass at the time but I change it to Classic guitar and start to sing in French. French was my best language for singing, more than any other language. I have been in Belgium from 1977 to 1983 and went to local school.
　
Et oui, c'est comme ca que j'ai commencer a chanter en Francais. J'ai vraiment voulu ecrire en Francais mais! J'ai trop oublier et je n'arrive pas.....:-( parler chanter sont moin difficile que d'ecrire......
We re-started band and recorded 8 songs for the first album " Femmes" release June 2006.
9 months later second album release, 7/Feb/2007.
Then Original Drumer ( Taxi N ) retired ( we still have good relation) and new Percussionist ( Tomonori O ) joined us at August 2006
Then at August 2007 guitarist Kousei K retired as he was tired to continue the band. So now the band become my solo project. 2 CD's released was recorded and performed by the band, but from next album, all recording will be done by myself or sometime ask friend to play on it.
The sounds you hear now was mastered by DSD system and true room echo chamber.
I'm singer song writer and other side, recording engineer/producer/equipments tech for vintage gear. First album" Femmes" recording was done by vintage 1950's tube tape recorder and one mic. Yes, not multitrack, done just using one microphone on to half track mono taperecorder. I added reverb at mastering process not a plug in software, but a real room echo.
I have a very small project studio in Tokyo with all my huge collection of vintage gear and microphones. Elam251, KM56, KM 54,RCA77DX, RCA44BX, Western 639a, RA-1142, BLUE bottle , altec starmaker......much more. Have also digital recording system as Digidesign Protools LE 002. some good outboard as vintage UREI1176, neve 1073 pair, Avalon AD2077 mastering EQ, VT747 tube compressor, ORAM sonicomp2, Aurora audio GTQ2, Collins 26U-1, GATES SA39, altec 439a, altec 322c pair......
