Just your average chick livin the NYC life. Workin, Schoolin and lookin for the next distraction from it all. This can include anything from a walk around the city, getting some coffee, shooting pool, catching a flick at the cinema or on my couch or having a drunken Taboo night at my place. Oh yeah, and i can't type to save my life, please be patient with lil ole me :)
What am i NOT interested in? That list would be lots shorter. *sarcastic grin* Music, books, movies, people watching, being crazy silly, new ways to reache even higher levels of physical pleasure, ATHF,, baseball (gotta love my Yanks), wandering the city aimlessly (i have a severe deficiency in cool, off the beaten track places to go to, if you know of any, i definitly want to hang with you).
i am absolutely fascinated by serial killers and i guess in human psychology in general. Not like 'i want to be a psychologist if i ever grow up' kind of fascinated, but just 'wow how fucked up does one have to be to do THAT' kind of fascinated. Thus, Silence of the Lambs is a favorite of mine :)

anyone! I love meeting new people and being silly. if you take yourself and life in general pretty seriously, don't bother. work and school are where my seriousness ends. When i leave the office and books, i like to kick back and unwind. this can involve alcohol, coffee, good conversation or pretty much anythign at all. I haven't gone bowling in AGES but would like to. One of the best fridays i had in a long time involved debating the virtues of putting children up for adoption cos the mom is a teen vs. an abusive 2 parent household. its random stuff liek that that keeps the world turning :)
Lately I have also been craving to reconnect with old people, or people i vaguely knew of but never really got to know well (THANKS to Bianne for the class site!). So if i look vaguely familiar, gimme a shout and lets chat :)

Anything Anne Rice, the Prey series (don't remember the author, but they are all about this detective in Minnesota), Green eggs and Ham, The Alchemist, Clockwork Orange, The giving tree, The Little engine That Could, The DeVinci Code, Angels and Demons (ok so i jumped the wagon....), Wizard of Oz, The Devil Wears Prada, Sex, Drugs and Cocoa Puffs...i pretty much like any book ive read all the way thru.
