ウェールズ (ブリッジェンド) 出身。2004å¹´11月にミニ・アルバム「BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE」でUKデビューを果たす前に DOWNLOAD FESTIVAL '04 への出演を勝ち取り、「KERRANG!」「NME」「META L HAMMER」「MUSIC WEEK」等のUK各誌もこの新人バンドの登場を絶 賛して迎え、ミニ・アルバムと翌2005å¹´3月に㠃ªãƒªãƒ¼ã‚¹ã•ã‚ŒãŸã‚·ãƒ³ã‚°ãƒ«ã€Œ4 WORDS」2作品だけで2年連続 DOWNLOAD FESTIVAL、READING / LEEDS FESTIVAL、さらには日本でも SUMMER SONIC '05へ参戦。 2005年、UKでは「KERRANG! AWARDS ‘05」で BEST BRITISH NEWCOMER も獲得し、同年10月にリリースしたデビュー㠃»ã‚¢ãƒ«ãƒãƒ  「THE POISON」に収められた強力なサウンドと新人離 れした凄まじいパフォーマンスによって「次 代のロック・シーンを担う存在」として各誌 の表紙を飾り、UK / ヨーロッパ・ツアーはソールドアウトの連続 となった。 2006年に入ってもその勢いはさらに加速。1月㠁«è¡Œã‚ã‚ŒãŸæ¥æ—¥å…¬æ¼”も東名阪クアトロを熱狂㠁®æ¸¦ã«å·»ãè¾¼ã¿ã€UKでは5000人収容のブリクス㠃ˆãƒ³ãƒ»ã‚¢ã‚«ãƒ‡ãƒŸãƒ¼ã®ãƒã‚±ãƒƒãƒˆãŒå®Œå£²ã€‚3年連続 となる DOWNLOAD FESTIVAL、2年連続となったREADING / LEEDS FESTIVALではメインステージに出演し、GUNS N’ ROSES ã‚„ METALLICA とのツアーや KERRANG!
