"HYDRO GENERATOR" consists of DJ Toru. He is based on Nagoya, Japan. He has started DJ since 1998, then started creating music since 2002, and started live act as "HYDRO GENERATOR" in 2003. he released some tracks from Islaeli label and Australian label and "ELF MUSIC" Japanese label in 2004, after that he released the debut album "LUCID DREAM" in 2005, he became to make a live around Japan. He restarted party organize that is called "HINOWA" in 2006. then in 2007, he starts chill-out liveset, so...he keeps cultivating his artistic senses.
