Influences: I was recently turned on to the music of Antony and the Johnsons. Wow. Truly moving. And the dance music Antony has done is funky groovy! Love it. Check out Hercules and Love Affair too. Can't say enough great things about both groups.Also, Shawn Smith is the man. Fantastic. I also love Lisa Dalbello, Alabama 3, Grant Lee Phillips, Elvis Presley, Buddy Holly, Prince, Roger Miller, David Gray, Otis Redding, Townes Van Zandt, and Steve Earle. And others I cannot think of at the moment.
Sounds Like: two slightly inebriated guys trying their damnedest to sound cool.
