Connoisseurs of modern music would know pianist Tomoko Yazawa as a contemporary music specialist. To quote the artist, "I'm much more attracted to music that is being created than music of former times." She is a recipient of major prizes and numerous famous composers have written works for her. A true Pisces in her pursuit of mixing two conflicting elements - nature and technology, traditional and modern, vulgar and elegant - her love for the complete freedom of expression makes who she is. She also produces a mixed media art group, "Absolute- Mix". The time she spent in Paris as a student gave her refinement as a musician and living in New York, working with numerous artists gave her the experiences that led her to where she is now. Her music making suggests a sensual duality and her mixed media works are modern and sexy. Yazawa's unconventional and exquisite style gives you energy and has the power of a leader. She is a graduate of the Toho Gakuen School of Music and the Ecole Normale de Musique. She is the founder of Geisha Farm.

学生時代を過ごしたパリで音楽家として洗練 され、ニューヨークでの生活を経て、多くの アーティストと共演し、現在に至る。魚座ら しいセンシュアルなフィルターを通して創ら れる音楽、ミクスト・メディアの作品はセク シーでモダン。斬新で繊細な矢沢芸術は元気 が出て、後から来るものを導いていく力があ る。桐朋学園大学およびエコール・ノルマル ・ド・ミュージック卒業。ゲイシャ・ファー ム主宰者。
