"monk beat" is a new project which is produced by YASU my friend who's been working as a recording engineer.
We are also running our label called "monk beat records".
We've been exchanging our creativity with a lot of artists.
Sometimes with a "Noh" dancer, "Ga-gaku" orchestra (Japanese classic music), modern ballet dancers from Kyoto, Taiko players, dancer's unit "Sasuga-gumi" which's produced by famous choreographer Minami Sasuga, and real monks.......These collaborations bear fruit every year on "juugoya-no-utage(Full Moon Party)" which's been holding scince 2004 as a music festival in Nara, Japan.
