EXPERIENCE
◆Started an apparel manufacturing company whose focus was on revitalizing the characteristics of traditional bespoke (custom-made) men’s clothing using the ready-to-wear concept. Worked on product planning, manufacturing and marketing outlet development for a variety of fashionable products to offer total apparel coordination.
◆Directed production for women’s outerwear including the first culottes production in the Soviet Union at an existing clothing factory in Batumi, a city in the former Soviet Republic of Georgia. After returning to Japan, handled product planning, production and quality management for the Layered Clothing Division of the golf clothing maker Munsingwear. Also constructed and developed systems to standardize quality.
â—†Was responsible for planning and marketing Harley-Davidson brand casual clothes and fashionable products. Led planning management of domestic sub-licensees for Harley-Davidson brand products. Released the riders jacket series, a standard Harley-Davidson line-up. Constructed and developed systems to standardize overseas production quality in countries including South Korea, Hong Kong and China.
HOBBIES
â—†Biking: Own four MTBs (mountain bikes) and one road bike. Keenly aware of frame material differences such as aluminum and chrome molybdenum steel. Also own a Honda XR250 motorcycle (currently overhauling the carburetor).
â—†Running: Run about 300 km (186 miles) per month (15 km five times a week).
â—†Cooking: Enjoy making curry, gyoza (pot stickers) and pancakes. Personally blend spices for curry, wrap gyoza and mix pancake batter from scratch.

◆伝統工芸の都・京都で、失われようとして いる｢ビスポーク・テーラー」の技術を復興 させようとするアパレルメーカーの設立に参 画しました。
◆黒海のほとりのグルジア共和国バツミ市の 軍服生産工場で、旧ソビエト初のキュロット スカート等の生産に携わりました。
◆ペンギンをシンボルにしたゴルフウェアの 根幹の設計に携わり、スウィング時に音がせ ず、外気温に従い袖が着脱できるレインウェ アを開発しました。
◆米国唯一の自動二輪車ブランド・アパレル の日本での展開において、定番のライダーズ ・ジャケットをはじめとした商品企画・生産 に携わりました。
◆レザー素材をはじめとしたインスペクター として、韓国のソウル、仁川、大田、釜山等 で、ラムやカウハイド等を選別しました。
◆テレビ、ラジオ等放送媒体での販売商品の 企画・開発を行い、「歯周病防止器具」「や せる油」等、数々のヒット商品を誕生させま した。
◆学生時代は上田安子服飾専門学校という女 性服の学校で学び、のちに、大阪の注文紳士 服の聖地・谷町で「ビスポーク・テーラー」 の製作技術を学びました。
◆レザー素材が好きで、心斎橋/å¤§é˜ªã®éž„å·¥æˆ ¿ã§ãƒ¬ã‚¶ãƒ¼ãƒãƒƒã‚°ã®è£½ä½œæŠ€è¡“を学びました。
◆はじめて訪れた外国が旧ソビエトでした。 当時の共産圏には独特の雰囲気がありました が、日本を外側からみつめる貴重な経験を得 ました。
◆アラスカへの客船でホエールウォッチング を体験し、オーロラをはじめて見ました。
【特技】
◆カレー、餃子、ホットケーキ作りにはこだ わっており、それぞれ秘密のレシピで作りま す。特に、カレーは、インドカレー、タイカ レー等、スパイスおよびハーブからシコシコ 作ります。 最近、ノンオイルによるカレーの作り方を開 発し、さらに、ノンオイル＋ベジタリアンカ レーに挑戦中です。
◆「スパイスから、本物のカレー作りに挑戦 －てんこもり塾－」というイベントで「炎の カレー料理人」を務めました。
◆タイ王国政府による、タイ料理の世界的権 威,,ã‚·ãƒ¼ã‚µãƒ¢ãƒ³ãƒ»ã‚³ãƒ³ãƒ‘ãƒ³æ°ã®æ–™ç†è¬›ç¿’ä¼šã‚’å —講しました。
◆カレー好きが昂じて、カレー作りに重要な 「カレーリーフ」「コブミカン」といった貴 重なハーブを育てています。興味のある方は 、ぜひおたずねください。
◆はじめてのフルマラソンは、淀川市民マラ ソンを3時間32分40秒で完走しました。2回目は 、泉州国際市民マラソンを3時間14分42ç§’ã§å®Œè µ°ã—ました。3回目は二度目の淀川市民マラソ ンを3時間8分50秒で完走しました。
