Mana-sama is... well, he is just too much. That's Mana-sama in one short phrase. And a type-o I made not, for Mana-sama isn't a woman. ^.~ He's my favorite member of Malice Mizer, and the reason I ever chose to hear any of their music. Yes, I can remember it now: Talking online with my one of my best friends, and right before she logs off, she hands me a link to a gallery. It was Mana-sama. The next day, I IM her demanding a song. So she hands me UK (Uruwashiki Kamen no Shoutaijou) and I immediately love the band after it gets stuck in my head ("kana-saru..." ^.^;;). Anyways. Mana-sama is popularly known for his beauty & divinely unique personallity. He is almost never seen without something blue, rather it be his elegantly styled dress or his lipstick or even his hair; if not blue, then black. He is by far the quietest member - only talking when need neccessary - and usually lets the vocalist do the talking for him.
Mana-sama is also known for his many many roles in Malice Mizer, all of them feminine. There is one thing he has said that made alot of sense to me: "For humans, it is the heart and soul that matter, and the soul has to go back to a place where gender does not matter." Interesting, ne? ^.^ As also mentioned in the band's history, he owns the Gothic Lolita line known as Moi-même-Moitié, which he formed near the end of 2000. He is the producer of band Schwarz Stein and of his own current project, Moi dix Mois.
